California-based Kathleen Elliot creates whimsical sculptures out of flameworked glass, using a vocabulary of botanical forms, including leaves, flowers, fruits and vines. Her works of art showcase her investigations into philosophy, linguistics, biology and spirituality. The Museum of the Southwest will present a variety of the artist's work.
