SeptemberFest 2013 brings guests back to the simplicity of childhood in "Return to Storyland," a theme inspired by the upcoming Durham Children's Museum exhibition, Golden Legacy: Original Art from 65 Years of Golden Books.*  "Return to Storyland" is the 44th year of the Museum's annual art show and fundraiser, taking place on the weekend after Labor Day.  SeptemberFest 2013 has been made possible in part by Tolleson Wealth Management, Dallas, Texas.

SeptemberFest 2013 Weekend Schedule

Friday, September 6:
Preview Party, 7-11pm

Saturday, September 7:
KinderFest Preview Party, 8:30 am - noon
Artist booths open 10 am - 6 pm

Sunday, September 8:
Artist booths open noon - 5 pm

SeptemberFest General Admission:
-$5 for ages 12 and up
-$3 for ages 3-11
-Free for ages 2 and under
-Seniors and active military personnel receive kids' rates

Weekend Activities
- Over 80 artist booths
- Fun festival foods and beer
- Live music throughout the event
- Entrance to the Fredda Durham Children's Museum
- Entrance to the Marian Blakemore Planetarium exhibition spaceand dome shows
KinderFest activities including a petting zoo, pony rides, rock climbing, jumpers, fun crafts and more!
